Integrations Architect / Tech Lead

Description: Own the technical architecture of WellBeam’s interoperability platform. Define architectural standards and best practices for healthcare interoperability. Design scalable integration patterns across various standards (HL7v2, FHIR APIs, REST APIs, etc.). Conduct architecture reviews and identify opportunities for reusable platform capabilities. Lead technical discovery workshops and serve as principal technical advisor during customer engagements. Drive WellBeam’s technical interoperability strategy and evaluate emerging technologies. Requirements: 8+ years of software engineering, solutions architecture, or healthcare interoperability experience. 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise healthcare integrations. Deep expertise with HL7v2, FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR, and REST APIs. Experience integrating with enterprise EMRs (Epic, Cerner, etc.). Strong understanding of healthcare data mapping, transformation, and interoperability workflows.
