In this versatile position, you combine operational deployment planning in temporary work services with personal and organizational support for international students. Our client is a medium-sized, economically very strong and nationally successful personnel services company. As part of further expansion, the company is expanding the temporary work services for international students. We are looking for an experienced personnel dispatcher (m/f/d) who will take on complete disposition, deployment planning and support for the students and reliably coordinates cooperation with client companies. The position can optionally be performed from the Cologne office, the Karlsruhe office or from home office. Tasks You take on complete support and disposition of international students throughout their entire stay and employment in Germany. You plan and coordinate the assignments and shifts of students according to the requirements of client companies. You coordinate regularly with client companies and respond flexibly to changes, sick leave notifications and short-term absences. You ensure reliable staffing of assignments and organize transportation for students to their workplaces as needed. You prepare employment contracts and deployment notifications, review required documents and conduct contract signings in German or English. You organize the arrival of students, pick them up at the airport and support them when moving into their accommodation. You accompany the entire onboarding and support students during their assignments with personal, organizational and work-related questions. You record working and absence times, maintain personnel master data and take on administrative tasks related to support and disposition. Qualifications You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification. You bring sound experience in personnel services and temporary work services. You have practical experience in personnel disposition, deployment planning and support of employees. Ideally, you have already supported international employees or students. You must have very good English language skills and can communicate even complex content clearly and comprehensibly. You have good German language skills in speaking and writing. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage. You are characterized by a high degree of self-organization, personal responsibility and reliability and manage your tasks reliably even from home office. You maintain an overview with multiple parallel assignments, changing requirements and short-term changes. You work in a structured, solution-oriented and service-oriented manner and have a good feel for people. You approach young people from different countries and cultures with openness, appreciation and reliability. You bring the necessary time flexibility to pick up students at the airport or provide personal support outside normal office hours if needed. You possess a class B driving license and bring great enthusiasm for travel readiness.
