Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: Mexico Jeeves is the stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises. Thousands of companies across 35 countries run their corporate cards, payments, treasury and spend on one platform, with more than $5B in annualized volume, payouts to 190 countries, and one of the fastest-growing stablecoin payment networks in the world. BMW, H&M, Lululemon, Burger King, Kavak and XP are among them, and more than 80% of customers use multiple Jeeves products. We chose hard problems on purpose. We hire for one thing: relentlessness. A strong motor that keeps going when the problem has no playbook. You'll know in your first week if Jeeves is right for you. For the right people, it's the steepest learning curve of your career. Jeeves has raised more than $400 million in equity funding from Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, CRV, Coinbase Ventures, GIC, AllianceBernstein, CoinFund and others. If you want to rebuild how money moves across borders, come build it with us. Our customers run finance across several countries at once. That means multiple entities, multiple currencies, local tax and e-invoicing rules, and increasingly stablecoin rails alongside traditional payments. The companies that get the most out of Jeeves are also the ones with the most complex setups, and getting them live quickly and correctly is one of the biggest levers we have for growth. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit where our product meets our most complex customers. You'll work hands-on with the finance and engineering teams at high-growth and enterprise companies across Latin America. You'll connect Jeeves to their ERPs and internal systems, design the flows they need (card programs, AP automation, and treasury movement across fiat and stablecoins), and own the technical path to go-live. What you learn in the field comes straight back to our Product and Engineering teams and shapes what we build next. This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll write and ship production code, and you'll also be the person in the room with a customer's Controller or CFO. It isn't a pre-sales demo role, and it isn't a pure support role.
