REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION • Minimum 8-10 years of working experience as procurement/buyer for services/subcontracts in Oil and Gas industry • Experienced with local and overseas subcontract vendor • Strong expertise in negotiation and strategic thinking • Familiar with SAP/Ariba • Familiar with PTK007 • Experienced purchasing for offshore projects is preferred • Fluent in English both oral and written.
