About the Role We’re seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established, tight-knit insurance brokerage and risk advisory firm. This role is ideal for someone who brings clarity and organization to complex, fast-moving environments and takes pride in enabling others to do their best work. You’ll work closely with the CEO to manage communications, coordinate meetings and logistics, and ensure that high-priority initiatives move forward smoothly. This is a high-responsibility role that calls for strong judgment, excellent communication, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset. - Manage complex business and personal calendars
- Coordinate international and domestic travel
- Serve as a point of contact and manage communications
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up
- Lead or assist with special projects
- Track expenses and prepare reports
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Support occasional personal appointments and logistics Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Based in the Dominican Republic
- Strong communicator and fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experienced with international travel coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
- Proven discretion and sound judgment
