Staff Applied ML Engineer, Federal/National Security

Description: Red Cell Federal is seeking a Staff Applied ML Engineer to build and deploy AI systems for federal and national security missions. The role involves working with LLMs, model fine-tuning, agentic systems, and real-world operational problems. Requirements: Significant experience in building and deploying ML or AI systems in production. Hands-on experience with modern LLMs and foundation models. Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, RAG, agentic systems, model serving, embeddings, and AI reliability. Ability to navigate between ML experimentation and production engineering. U.S. citizenship with an Active Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance is required.
