UI/UX Frontend Developer

Description: Design and develop user-centered interfaces for internal applications and digital experiences. Own front-end implementation from workflow discovery to ongoing improvement. Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in Frontend, UI/UX, or Full Stack Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js App Router. Experience with complex data visualizations, utility-first CSS (e.g., Tailwind), and established design systems. Solid understanding of rendering performance, accessibility, and semantic markup. Familiarity with Git, CI practices, and testing tools (Vitest, Jest, Playwright). Experience mentoring engineers and explaining UI/UX decisions to stakeholders. Proficient in designing user-centered interfaces and validating designs through user research. Must have the right to work in the USA without restrictions.
