Sr. Data Engineer

Description: Benepass is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale their data platform for analytics, product reporting, and operational intelligence. The role involves owning the architecture and implementation of data systems, ensuring data quality, performance, and developer experience. Requirements: 5+ years of data engineering experience with strong SQL and Python skills. Hands-on experience with data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake) and transformation frameworks (dbt). Experience with data replication pipelines and understanding of dimensional modeling and data quality patterns. Familiarity with AWS data services and compliance requirements in regulated domains. Benefits: Base salary of $175,000 to $195,000 plus equity. 95% coverage of medical, dental, and vision, along with various benefits including WFH setup, learning & development, and wellness allowances.
