AI Engineer

Description: Join Sibill as an AI Engineer to develop AI products that enhance business management for clients. Collaborate with data, engineering, infra, product, and design teams to leverage critical business data. Requirements: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field. Proven experience in building and deploying AI applications used by thousands of users. Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, probability, and machine learning. Proficiency in modern Python and software development tools (git, Docker, CI/CD, unit testing). Familiarity with APIs of major model providers and frameworks, with the ability to work independently. Fluent in Italian and English. Bonus: 4-5 years of experience in software or ML, with mentoring experience. Benefits: Salary range: €60,000 to €80,000 based on experience.
