Senior Software Engineer - Truemed Labs

Description: Join Truemed's Labs team, focused on turning early ideas into validated business opportunities through rapid experimentation. Work in a small, autonomous team using AI-assisted development and automation to create prototypes quickly. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in software product development (engineer, technical founder, or multidisciplinary builder). Strong experience with AI tools, full-stack web applications (NextJS/Typescript frontend; Django/Python backend), and hypothesis-driven product development. Ability to balance speed with engineering judgment, especially regarding security and compliance. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
