Administrative Specialist – Part-Time 406 Recovery | Psychiatry & Addiction Specialists 20 hours per week | Remote 406 Recovery is seeking a dependable, organized, and personable Administrative Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting patients, providers, and the broader 406 Recovery team through scheduling, intake coordination, referral processing, and day-to-day administrative support. We are looking for someone who communicates well, pays close attention to detail, is reliable and flexible, and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate is willing to help where needed, including assisting with coverage for other front office team members when they are out of the office. Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Wednesday: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- 20 hours per week
- Potential for additional hours in the future, including the possibility of a full-time 30–40 hour per week position, based on organizational need. Compensation & Start Date
- Compensation: Hourly rate dependent on experience (DOE)
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
- Posting: This position will remain open until filled. Work Location This is a remote position within our telehealth psychiatric and addiction medicine practice. Employees must have an appropriate remote workspace that supports patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements. For employees located in Billings, Montana, 406 Recovery also maintains a physical office space that is available for use. Montana residency is strongly preferred. Candidates residing in Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington will also be considered. Applicants must reside in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington to be eligible for this position. Applications from residents of other states will not be considered. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new patient referrals and assist patients through the intake process.
- Provide information about 406 Recovery services and coordinate initial appointments.
- Gather required demographic, insurance, and other intake information.
- Create and maintain patient records within the electronic health record (EHR).
