About this role

Description: Develop, configure, and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform. Build and enhance chatbots and AI agents using Kore XO10, XO11, or Artemis. Requirements: 4+ years of total experience with strong expertise in Chatbot/Conversational AI development. 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform and strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON. Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and Python. Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
