Docker Support Engineer (Afternoon shift)

Description: Join ServiceRocket as a Docker Support Engineer in an afternoon shift (1:00 PM to 9:00 PM PDT) from Wednesday to Sunday. Engage with clients to solve complex technical issues while collaborating with a team and working with cutting-edge technologies. Requirements: 3+ years of enterprise technical support experience in a high-growth SaaS technology company. BA/BS degree in Information Technology or related field, with experience in Docker products and troubleshooting. Proficient in programming languages such as Go, Python, or JavaScript, and familiar with macOS, Windows, and Linux systems.
