We are looking for someone to join us as our Associate Director and Corporate Counsel for our international expansion. You will join our lean and highly impactful legal team supporting Teladoc’s key asset, BetterHelp, as it scales its operations outside of the US. Teladoc is an ever-growing, dynamic and world-spanning public parent company. BetterHelp is the world’s largest virtual counseling service and a critical component to Teladoc’s current and future growth. This individual will be a key contributor to all aspects of BetterHelp’s international legal needs. An ideal candidate for this position will be fluent in English with additional legal experience in one of our key European target markets (France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain or Italy). This team member must have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs. They will have an outstanding sense of commerciality and will be solutions focused. In addition, the candidate will have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growing, exciting environment and to take ownership of projects and programs. What will you do? This role works across multiple areas of law including contracts, litigation, IP, health and telehealth regulation, government affairs, employment, compliance and general corporate.
