Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business with OEMs, LTL carriers, and private fleets in industries such as food and beverage, construction, and heavy goods.
Develop and execute a market strategy aligned with corporate sales targets and customer requirements.
Educate customers on Kinedyne’s solutions, tailoring messaging to specific business needs and logistics operations.
Represent the company professionally at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Lead and manage the sales cycle from lead generation through close, ensuring alignment with established procedures.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and lead qualification.
Track and report performance metrics and customer feedback to support decision-making and continual improvement.
Respond to customer inquiries and RFPs, ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Engineering, Product Development) to fulfill customer requirements and drive innovation.
Partner with the Segment Manager, Curtainside Solutions, to co-develop go-to-market strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic planning and risk-based thinking.
Develop annual segment-level business plans and coordinate implementation across departments to ensure consistency with quality objectives.
Mentor and provide leadership to future assigned team members including project or product managers and sales coordinators.
