The agency takes a thoughtful, highly visual approach to brand building, creating cohesive identities and memorable customer touchpoints across digital and physical channels. Its work spans branding, visual systems, typography, photography, social content, digital design, and creative production. The team values work that feels refined, intentional, culturally relevant, and distinctive, rather than overly trend-driven or generic. The company works with lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, and other visually driven brands that place a strong emphasis on creativity, consistency, and high-quality design. About the Role We are looking for two Junior Brand Designers to join a growing creative team working across multiple client brands. This role is ideal for designers who combine strong execution skills with genuine creative judgment and visual taste. Most of the work will focus on social media content, with additional opportunities to support broader brand projects such as presentations, collateral, and one-off creative assets. You will work within established brand systems and templates while being expected to make thoughtful design decisions independently, adapt layouts when needed, and ensure that each brand maintains its own distinctive visual identity. This is not a copy-and-paste production role. We are looking for designers who understand why something looks good, can confidently select the right visual direction, and can turn raw content into polished, on-brand creative. Junior Brand Designer (Content)… What You’ll Do
Design social media content for feeds, stories, and other digital formats across multiple brands
Work from content queues, creative briefs, and established visual systems

Support additional brand work including decks, collateral, presentations, and one-off assets
Review raw photography and video content and select the strongest assets for each brand

Produce clean first drafts that require minimal revision
Edit lightweight short-form video content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Add basic text treatments, transitions, and visual elements for social media
Review work carefully for spelling, typography, spacing, consistency, and brand accuracy
Collaborate with the creative team and adjust work quickly based on feedback The role includes both design execution and content curation, with social content as the primary focus. Junior Brand Designer (Content)… Qualifications Required
Strong creative judgment, visual taste, and attention to detail
A strong portfolio demonstrating work in branding, social media, editorial-style design, or related creative projects
