Machine Learning Engineer, Applied

Description: Work at the intersection of ML engineering and research to solve complex problems at Trace Labs. Collaborate with the computer vision team while focusing on product-oriented solutions across various data types. Requirements: BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Aerospace, or related field; MS is a plus. 2+ years of hands-on experience training deep learning models on real-world data. Proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX). Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, including architectures and optimization. Experience with messy, real-world data (video, time series, sensor streams). Demonstrated ability to ship models quickly and effectively. High agency and willingness to tackle diverse problems.
