Senior AI Quality Engineer

Description: Novara provides safety and operational risk management software to proactively manage risks and enhance workforce engagement. The Senior AI Quality Engineer will define quality standards for AI systems, build testing tools, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. Requirements: 6+ years in QA, SDET, or test automation with production experience. Hands-on experience with LLM-based or agentic systems, including testing and evaluation frameworks. Familiarity with modern automation stacks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress) and typed languages (TypeScript preferred). Experience with test frameworks (vitest, jest, pytest) and API testing. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and handling sensitive test data. Ability to analyze probabilistic systems and understand variance and confidence levels. Benefits: Annual base salary range of 100k-130k CAD with a 10% bonus opportunity.
