Intermediate Cloud Security Engineer (Remote US)
About this role
Description: Responsible for designing, automating, and deploying production-grade services on various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP). Collaborate with Development and Architecture teams to build complex and highly available cloud environments. Provide Level 3 Technical support to internal teams, customers, and partners. Lead and educate clients on cloud deployment patterns and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Investigate and resolve customer integration issues and document best practices. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with expertise in infrastructure and platform services automation. 4+ years of experience with containerization technology and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP). Professional Cloud Certifications preferred. Experience in building end-to-end cloud solutions and translating customer requirements into infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Security and Compliance best practices (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO27001). Proven experience with Kubernetes/Openshift, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).
