Brand Operations Associate (DTC, Subscription & Amazon)
About this role
This is not a marketing role. It's the operational engine behind three very different consumer brands in personal care, home goods, and better-for-you food. You'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep the brands running every day across DTC (Shopify), subscription, and Amazon. Think of it as the #2 seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. You'll keep operations tight, flag risks before they become problems, and free up the Brand Manager to focus on high-leverage decisions. You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll go wherever the portfolio needs operational horsepower most, so you'll learn in one year what usually takes three. What You'll Do Inventory & Operations
