Senior Cloud Operations Engineer - Night shift 10PM to 6AM

Description: Role: Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer (Night shift 10 PM to 6 AM) Ensure security, reliability, availability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure. Support business-critical production systems across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical environments. Proactively monitor infrastructure, resolve incidents, and optimize system performance. Requirements: 5+ years in large production infrastructure. 5+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment. 5+ years configuring server hardware and OS. Experience managing and hardening Linux servers (RHEL, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux). Strong knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, and DNS. Experience with Change Management.
