Embedded Linux / High-Compute Engineer

Description: Join ALTEN Technology USA as an Embedded Linux / High-Compute Engineer, responsible for sustaining software for production automotive ECUs. Handle component changes affecting ECU software or manufacturing tests and support production at contract manufacturers. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in automotive embedded software. Experience supporting production at a contract manufacturer, including deploying test updates and debugging line failures. Ability to assess component changes and manage software validation. Knowledge of automotive change control processes (PPAP, DV/PV, deviations). Proficient in hands-on bench debugging with standard lab tools. Experience with Embedded Linux on automotive SoCs; familiarity with QNX or Android is a plus. Skills in storage bring-up, Yocto builds, CI pipelines, and secure boot processes. Nice to have: experience with Qualcomm, NXP i.MX, or NVIDIA platforms and legacy codebases. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $130K - $140K, dependent on qualifications and experience.
