QA Automation Lead (Líder de Automatización de QA) - Remote First

Description: Clara is a leading spend management platform in Latin America, seeking a QA Automation Lead to own the test automation strategy and frameworks. This role involves technical leadership, partnering with Engineering Directors and Product teams to ensure automation is the default for release confidence. Requirements: 6+ years in software quality engineering with deep automation experience. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright preferred) for web and API. Strong programming skills in TypeScript and/or JavaScript; familiarity with SQL and API testing. Experience with CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions) and Agile methodologies.
