This is acustomer-facing, consulting-oriented rolethat combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory skills to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications across global engagements.Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
Design integrations with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and external systems.
Ensure adherence to best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
Deployment & Optimization
Lead CRM infrastructure installation, configuration, and cloud migration.
Perform environment health assessments, performance tuning, and data recovery planning.
Drive upgrades across CRM versions (CRM 2015+ to Dynamics 365 Online).
Customer Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to technical decision-makers and business stakeholders.
Conduct design workshops, proof-of-concepts, and technical training sessions.
Align solutions with customer success plans and business outcomes.
Governance & Lifecycle Management
Implement Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence practices.
Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for CRM and Power Platform solutions. Required Skills
