In this strategic role, you'll work across teams and disciplines to define long-term product direction, lead complex design efforts, and create reusable patterns and systems that support high-quality execution at scale. You'll elevate the quality of our work through influence, feedback, and systems thinking while mentoring others and delivering exceptional design yourself. This is an opportunity to own meaningful outcomes, guide the craft across teams, and push the boundaries of what great product design looks like.
What You'll Do

- Guide teams in applying and evolving design system patterns, platform standards, and reusable interaction models for consistency and scalability.
- Influence product and design direction through storytelling, framing, and strategic critique.
- Partner closely with Engineering to understand technical constraints, dependencies, and implementation tradeoffs that shape scalable platform experiences.
- Set quality standards, provide detailed design feedback, and elevate the work of peers and junior designers.
- Mentor other designers and help grow the culture, craft, and impact of the broader design organization. What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Design or any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- At least 6 years of experience designing digital products, with a proven track record leading large-scale, platform, or high-impact initiatives.
