System Engineer, Fleet Support - Fully Remote USD - Latin America

Description: Fully remote position for candidates based in South America. Join a high-performing engineering team to support and maintain Glacier's fleet of robots and edge devices. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, performance monitoring, and building tools for the field service team. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in hardware or robotics projects/products. 3+ years of experience with Python, Ubuntu/Linux, and Git. 2+ years of command line experience for local and remote systems. English fluency (B2 or higher). Nice to have: Networking debugging, embedded programming, ElasticSearch, React, Django, Structured Text, experience with US companies. Benefits: Monthly salary of $3,000-$4,500 based on experience. 15 days of paid time off. $500 for remote setup, $100/month for wellness, and $250/year for training and certifications.
