Requirements: Proven experience in shipping LLM agents and demonstrating improvement through data. Strong proficiency in Python and debugging agent behavior. Hands-on experience with eval pipelines, LLM judges, and model benchmarks. Ability to analyze raw conversations and derive actionable test cases. Deep curiosity and quick contextual understanding. Team player with clear communication skills; familiarity with AI coding tools is expected. Full-time availability; hybrid work preferred in Munich but remote options are open.
