People Operations Executive (Remote - within Europe)

About SlashData SlashData is an analyst firm offering best-in-class research on how AI is reshaping software development for the world’s top technology companies. We help product, platform, and engineering leaders understand how software development is changing in the AI era. For over 20 years, we have helped many of the world’s leading technology companies, such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta, understand developers, developer ecosystems, and the tools and workflows shaping the future of software. Our ambition is to become the industry-standard for the software development economy – the reference point that product, platform, and engineering leaders rely on to make decisions about developers, AI, and the future of software. Culture is something we’ve invested in over the last 10 years, and we recently created a vision of the culture we want to build - a culture where you can do your best work ever. This is a culture where you’re challenged and pushed out of your comfort zone to keep learning and growing. Where your work has real meaning and impact. Where you have a genuine seat at driving the future of the company. Where you’re surrounded by people who challenge you candidly, help you grow, and have your back. Where it’s safe to take risks, ask for help, and say what you really think. Where you’re genuinely appreciated, heard, and recognised. A culture where, years later, as you look back on your life, you reflect on it as the place where you did your best work ever.
