Knowledge of Data: MySQL/MariaDB. Familiar with Tooling: Git, Docker, Apache/Linux. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot). Proven leadership skills in technical work and mentoring. Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration. Good time zone overlap with US Eastern hours.
