Description: Senior full-stack engineer role focused on Python, RPA, and healthcare workflow automation. Design and build high-impact product features including backend services, automation clients, APIs, and user interfaces. Write production code daily, own complex components, mentor peers, and contribute to technical decisions. Collaborate with product, clinical, and engineering teams to develop reliable software solutions for healthcare operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5–8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record in building production systems. Proficient in Python for backend services and automation, with experience in FastAPI/Flask/Django. Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React skills for full-stack delivery. Experience in building Chrome extensions and hands-on DOM/browser automation skills. Familiarity with RPA/workflow automation solutions and integrating with third-party systems.
