Senior Game Designer / Product Builder (AI Games)

Description: Join a high-speed, AI-assisted game production team focused on developing and scaling mobile games globally. Work closely with the Chief AI Officer to identify, build, validate, and scale new game products. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in mobile games, preferably in casual or hybrid-casual products. Strong game design experience combined with product management or meaningful product ownership. Proven track record of taking games from concept through launch and post-launch iteration. Deep understanding of gameplay systems, progression, economy, UX, retention, monetization, and LiveOps. Familiarity with F2P game economics and metrics, including retention, engagement, and monetization. Experience using AI-assisted tools for ideation, prototyping, analysis, design, or content creation. Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear product direction and executable priorities.
