Founding Tech Lead (GrowthBricks)

Description: Lead the technical architecture and core systems for GrowthBricks, a new project at JetBrains. Transform fragmented business data into reliable memory and actionable insights for sales, marketing, and product teams. Requirements: Hands-on experience with LLM applications, agents, or workflows. Proven ability in designing backend systems, APIs, and integrations. Knowledge of context management, memory patterns, and tool orchestration.
