Description: Join the pre-sales team as a Senior Data Solution Architect, partnering with customers to co-create solutions and expand ServiceNow's presence in data platforms, Intelligent Automation, and Generative AI. Shape and showcase the technical vision for ServiceNow's emerging data capabilities, focusing on distributed databases, data integration, and advanced analytics. Requirements: 10+ years in technical presales, consulting, solution engineering, or architecture roles with direct customer engagement; enterprise software experience required. Deep understanding of distributed database concepts, data engineering, and integration technologies (e.g., REST, JDBC, Kafka). 3+ years of experience selling AI models, with a focus on Generative AI. Strong coding skills in SQL, Python, or similar languages; experience with cloud-based AI platforms is highly valued. Excellent communication skills to translate complex data and AI concepts into business value for diverse audiences. Ability to travel up to 50% of the work week for technical sales activities.
