Stay close to emerging formats, creator behaviors, platform trends, and shifts in how audiences consume content. A portfolio demonstrating strong campaign ideas and storytelling across social, influencer, digital video, and/or CTV. Experience taking work from initial insight and concept through production and final delivery. Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, presentation, and visual communication skills. Experience creating storyboards, treatments, creative decks, or other materials that clearly communicate an idea. Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and platform-native content. Ability to develop ideas that are both creatively ambitious and executable. Strong creative judgment and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback across disciplines.
