Data Scientist

Description: Northbeam is a marketing intelligence platform focused on eCommerce, providing attribution modeling and customizable dashboards. The Data Scientist will join the "Applied Measurement" team to scale incrementality and measurement products, addressing customer marketing measurement questions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MS preferred) in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering). 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI systems, preferably in client-facing roles. Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and causal inference, with excellent communication skills. Proficient in coding and debugging, with a service-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously in a startup environment. Benefits: Base salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 USD, with equity package and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
