Senior AI Engineer (GTM)

Description: Join Paddle as a Senior AI Engineer to work with the Data & AI team and Go-To-Market organization. Design and build AI solutions for account segmentation, sales workflows, and prospect research. Requirements: Strong software engineering experience, particularly in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with large language models, APIs, and applied AI technologies. Ability to evaluate and operate AI systems in production, managing risks and costs. Comfortable with structured and unstructured data, building integrations. Interest in commercial problems and understanding of sales workflows; GTM experience is a plus.
