Risk Data Analyst

Description: R2 is a fintech company focused on providing financial solutions to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Latin America. The Risk Sr Data Analyst will build, automate, and validate controls to ensure reliable operations as the company scales. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in a technical, data-driven role (risk/data analytics, controls testing, etc.). Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and analyzing exceptions. Proficiency in Python for automating control tests and data analysis. Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for dashboard creation. Ability to translate process requirements into automated checks. Understanding of internal control concepts (COSO) is a plus. Strong analytical judgment and communication skills.
