About this role

Here’s what you can expect Maybe you’ve been there?! Your car won’t start, or the engine cuts out while you’re driving? In cases like these, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers as a customer service representative during emergencies. This is a position that does not involve sales. Your responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and resolving customer issues related to auto, home, or family insurance
Organizing and coordinating initial assistance for our international customers, such as breakdown, accident, and towing assistance, as well as additional services as needed, such as hotel reservations, rental cars, or similar arrangements
Handling email and phone correspondence with insurance companies, service providers, and partners to clarify and resolve issues, including invoice processing What You Bring to the Table
Ideally, you have experience in telephone customer service in the insurance sector as well as in invoice processing and claims settlement
You are willing to travel to Rostock a few times for onboarding, probationary period reviews, and team events (we will reimburse accommodation and travel expenses)
Good verbal and written German skills, as well as advanced English skills
You have a strong understanding of customer needs and take a solution-oriented approach
You’re a true go-getter with the drive to take the initiative and move things forward
You are open to new communication and work technologies
You are an exceptionally talented communicator and a reliable team player with a meticulous approach to your work For now, this position is a two-year fixed-term contract and is open only to candidates located within Germany (no remote work from abroad).
