Contact Center Team Administrator (Remote) About the Compass Leads Team The Compass Leads Network comprises 400 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Corcoran, Sotheby’s International Realty and Compass with 8,000 certified agents. Our programs offer a cashback benefit to participating consumers in addition to the partnership of a certified real estate agent and support from our concierge team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contact Center Team Administrator (TA) to support our dynamic service center operations. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting contact center representatives and management, and by helping deliver exceptional service across our client programs. This is a 100% remote position and can be performed from any location within the United States. The work hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM
