Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring accounting processes. Experience leveraging and customizing AI/LLM tools (e.g., Gemenia, Claude) for day-to-day work, and general fluency with AI-assisted workflows. Partner cross-functionally with FP&A and other Accounting team members on ad hoc requests and analysis. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting or industry). Solid understanding of US GAAP and general ledger accounting. Experience with international accounting and IFRS reporting standards is a plus.
