About this role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager for E-Commerce to lead and break down large-scale tasks into smaller, manageable steps, effectively delegating them to the appropriate teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring project success. With several years of experience in either an agency or aggregator environment, you will play a crucial role in driving e-commerce initiatives to completion by working closely with executives and team members. Key Responsibilities:

Break down large tasks and projects into smaller, actionable steps, assigning them to the correct teams for execution
Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring clarity and alignment between stakeholders, executives, and teams
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
Monitor project progress and adjust timelines, resources, and workflows as needed to keep tasks on track
Coordinate with different departments (e.g., marketing, design, operations) to ensure each team understands their roles and responsibilities
Resolve issues and blockers that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth workflow
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and executives on the progress of e-commerce projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company objectives and strategy Requirements:
Several years of experience managing e-commerce projects in an agency setting or within an aggregator, supporting executive leadership
Proven ability to break down complex tasks into manageable steps and delegate them effectively
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously
