Staff Engineer, Full Stack (Trust, Safety & Risk)

Description: Build systems to safeguard users, products, and platform at Phantom. Work across the stack to detect and prevent abuse, assess risks, and reduce financial loss. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of full-time software engineering experience. Experience with reliable, data-intensive production systems. Strong product judgment balancing user experience and financial risk. Proficiency in frontend, backend, APIs, data pipelines, and third-party integrations. Interest in protecting users and building trustworthy financial products.
