Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll & Absence Management Architect

Description: Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll & Absence Management Consultant to support the Payroll Department during the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Partner with Payroll, HR, and IT teams to align business and compliance requirements with system functionality for a successful Go Live. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud with hands-on expertise in Payroll and Absence Management. Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxation, and compliance. Experience with fast formulas, costing, and legislative data group configurations. Knowledge of time and labor integration and absence accrual processing. Familiarity with Oracle HCM Extracts, APIs, and integration frameworks. At least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and testing best practices.
