Seven Starling
Inside Sales Associate
About this role
Seven Starling is revolutionizing women’s behavioral health through our clinically-validated virtual care platform. As a venture-backed, rapidly scaling startup at the forefront of maternal healthcare innovation, we’ve developed a groundbreaking clinical model that combines specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management to effectively treat perinatal mood disorders. Our approach delivers exceptional results — 90% of patients experience clinically significant symptom improvement. We’ve established strategic partnerships with leading health plans including UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna, plus a growing network of OBGYN clinics nationwide, positioning us for accelerated growth in the $50B+ women’s behavioral health market. About the role The Inside Sales Associate is a fully virtual/remote role that operates alongside the field-based Practice Partnership Manager (PPM) team. Where PPMs own in person, geography based territories, this role owns a book of non-PPM owned accounts and is responsible for engaging and growing that portfolio remotely. This person is also a flex resource for the broader Sales & Partnerships team: warming up new markets ahead of a PPM hire, securing and scheduling meetings for PPMs, and covering territories when a PPM is out. What you’ll do Own and grow a virtual book of business — engage non-PPM owned accounts that are organically referring or under referring, with the goal of increasing referral volume and consistency. Virtual selling & relationship building — build trust with OBGYN practices (physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, front desk) entirely over phone, email, and video; understands how to run a “total office call” without being in the room. CRM & lead management — maintain clean CRM records, manage and respond to incoming leads promptly, and record activity and KPI’s promptly. Referral triage & attribution — review all incoming S&P team referrals to determine source and attribution, and use that triage to identify outreach opportunities for your book of business as well as the entire S&P team (e.g., which staff member to engage, how account heard of and referred to Seven Starling, what follow up is most effective).
