Now we're looking for a talented Marketing Specialist with a focus on TikTok Ads, ready to grow with us, experiment with AI, and drive new user growth. Your impact:

Develop and scale TikTok as a key acquisition channel, building and optimizing campaigns with AI-powered tools for faster testing cycles.
Spot TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats early, and turn them into creative hypotheses.
Run A/B tests across campaigns, audiences, and ad creatives to continuously improve performance.
Translate performance insights into clear, actionable briefs for the creative team, with a focus on native, platform-first creatives.
Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to build full-funnel acquisition strategies.
Manage advertising budgets, report on channel performance, and forecast the impact of UA activities on key business metrics. About you:
At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, including hands-on campaign management in TikTok Ads.
Solid understanding of TikTok Ads Manager: campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and attribution.
Strong sense of what works on TikTok: native creative formats, Spark Ads, hooks, and creator-style content.
Practical experience using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow, whether for research, content, analysis, or optimization.
Experience managing advertising budgets and converting performance data into clear business forecasts and reports.
A proactive mindset with a genuine drive to generate ideas and find solutions rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
Strong experience in partner communication and negotiations will be a big plus. In this role, you'll have:
