Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Platform)

Description: Join the Platform team at an early-stage AI-powered manufacturing supply chain company. Build backend services, data pipelines, and integrations for intelligent agents and reliable goods movement. Requirements: At least 5 years of production experience in backend services, data pipelines, or platform infrastructure. Recent hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and AI or agentic frameworks. Experience building NLP/ML pipelines for unstructured documents, including OCR. Strong understanding of transactional guarantees (ACID semantics, exactly-once processing, idempotent APIs). Experience with PostgreSQL, event-driven systems, message queues, and reliable data pipelines. Experience integrating ERP systems and third-party APIs, including legacy interfaces. Background in manufacturing supply chain, procurement, or logistics, with observability and incident response experience. Familiarity with LLM agents, RAG, or managed PostgreSQL platforms is a plus. Benefits: Salary range of $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship available. Remote work with San Francisco, California as the primary location.
