Senior AI Engineer, AI Enablement

Description: GameChanger is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their AI Enablement team, focusing on transforming software development through AI-powered tools and workflows. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to identify challenges and implement AI solutions, with an emphasis on code review, testing, and shared infrastructure. Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend and full-stack fundamentals. Proven experience in building and deploying AI-powered systems or workflows in a professional setting. Ability to translate ambiguous problems into practical solutions and communicate effectively across teams. Familiarity with LLMs, tool use, and AI integration in software development workflows.
