Tech Lead

Description: Lead the technical delivery of enterprise AI builds, from architecture to deployment in clients' environments. Shape solutions, lead builds, and act as the technical voice for clients, ensuring alignment and managing risks. Requirements: 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role. Strong background in applied AI engineering, including experience with LLM-based systems and production environments. Proficiency in Python, CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure-as-code, with real production cloud experience (Azure preferred). Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
