Description: Act as the senior React engineering specialist within a cross-functional platform team. Own front-end solution components from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Provide practical guidance on architecture, code quality, reusable patterns, and integration with Microsoft cloud services. Requirements: 7+ years of software development experience with substantial recent delivery experience in React and TypeScript. Proven ownership of production React applications and scalable front-end architecture. Strong knowledge of component design, state management, API integration, and asynchronous programming. Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and front-end build tooling. Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, performance, and secure web development. Professional English and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
