Responsibilities include tracking system performance, analyzing production data, and improving NLU models and conversation flows. Requirements: Degree in Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or NLP. Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools. Experience with complex datasets for actionable insights. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
